Here at Thug Sandwich Co. we are able to offer a variety of outside catering services: from deliciously different sandwich platters for any important meeting, to a full hot and cold buffet for any special occasion.
We recognise that everyone's needs are different and believe that the personal touch is everything , so we offer a variety of packages with the option to add on extras. This means that you get exactly what you need, and all for a fair price.
**All platters must be ordered 48 hours in advance. A minimum order of 4 people is required. Please inform us about dietary requirements as adjustments can be made.**
Packages
Street Thug / £3.5 per person
1 round of sandwiches per person consisting of:
- Honey and mustard roast ham & piccalilli
- Cheddar & homemade red onion chutney
- Egg & dijon mayonnaise
- Tuna & sweetcorn, lemon mayonnaise
Gangster / £4.25 per person
1 round of sandwiches per person consisting of:
- Pastrami, gherkins, red cabbage coleslaw, mustard
- Curried chicken & mango chutney
- Roast beef, pickled red onions, horseradish & parmesan mayonnaise
- Smoked salmon, lemon & dill cream cheese
Mob Boss / £5 per person
1 and a half rounds of sandwiches per person with fillings from levels 1 & 2
Additionals
- 1 pack of crisps per person: +£1
- ½ a scotch egg per person +£1.50
- ½ a sausage roll per person +£1.50
- ½ a brownie per person (please enquire about flavours) +£1.50
- ½ a flapjack per person +£1.25
- 1 XL vol au vent with a choice of the following fillings +£2
- Pulled pork in BBQ sauce & jalapenos
- Chicken satay, mango chutney, coriander, sesame seeds
- Honey and soy braised beef brisket, wasabi mayo, pickled carrot
- ½ a quiche (please enquire about current filling) +£1.50
- Can of pop (please specify choice when ordering) +£1
